Tex Mix Dip – Joe Fehrenbach

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Bean Dip
  • 3 Medium Size Avacados
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Lg bunch Green Onions
  • 1 C (8 oz) Sour Cream
  • 1/2 C Mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Taco seasoning
  • 2 cans Chopped Black Olives
  • 3 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheese

Directions

Peel, pit, and mash avocados; mix in lemon juice, salt & Potato masher works good for this.

In another bowl, mix Sour Cream, Mayonnaise & Taco Seasoning

In a flat container, spread a layer of beans, then avocado mix, and then sour cream mix.

Top with chopped onions, black olives, tomatoes and then cheese. Refrigerate for one to two hours to chill, or may be kept at room temperature.
