Ingredients

• 3 cup sugar
• ½ cup white corn syrup
• 3 round Tbsp cocoa
• ½ cup milk
• pinch of salt
• 7 large marshmallows

Directions

Mix sugar, corn syrup, cocoa, milk and salt in a sauce pan. Cook until it almost reaches the soft ball stage. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Serve over ice cream.
