Ingredients

  • Top round steak-Cut on #5 for thickness
  • Bacon strips
  • Onion chopped
  • Hot mustard
  • Brown gravy

Directions

Cut steak in half the long way. Spread with mustard. Put 2-3 slices of bacon on mustard, spread a handful of chopped onion on this. Roll up like beef rolls. Secure sides with toothpicks or skewers. Fry in butter until brown on all sides. Put in a slow cooker. Pour brown gravy over them and let slow cook for 1 hour or until tender. Baste occasionally with gravy so they don’t dry out. Gravy can also be served on cooked potatoes served with the meal.
