Ham Meat Balls – Carlleen Fehrenbach

Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground ham
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 3 c cracker crumbs

Directions

Mix and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls, place in single layer of two 9 x 13 inch pans. Pour sauce over meat balls.

Sauce:

  • Two 10 oz can of Tomato Soup
  • 1 1/2 C Brown Sugar
  • ¾ C Vinager
  • 3 tsp dry Mustard
