Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean beef, cut in thin strips
- Marinate overnight in sauce of:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup warm water.
- 1 Tbsp Hot pepper sauce(to suit taste)
- 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
Directions
Hang strips over the oven rack with foil underneath to catch drippings. Dry beef in the oven at 140 F for 6 hours. Leave the oven door open a crack.
