Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour (or 2T. cornstarch)
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter
Directions
Mix sugar and flour in a saucepan. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until thick ( 5 – 10 minutes). Cool. Makes 2 2/3 cups filling. Don’t eat early.
