Peach Cobbler – Joe Fehrenbach

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Peaches (or 1 lg can)
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick or Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg

Directions

-Slice peaches, sprinkle with sugar and let stand at least one hour

-Mix butter, milk, sugar and Bisquick(flour)

-Pour over peaches in baking dish

-Bake at 450°F until golden brown
