Mints – Phyllis Miller

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 2/3 C Powdered Sugar 
  • 3 Tbsp soft butter
  • 1 tsp butter extract
  • Flavor and color as desired

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, butter extract, and butter. Add enough powdered sugar while mixing so that when you touch the dough it doesn’t stick to your fingers. 

1 recipe = 275 roses or bells, 120 daisy’s, or 300 hearts

  • pink-peppermint
  • yellow-lemon
  • red-cinnamon
  • green-spearmint or wintergreen
  • blue-clove
  • white-peppermint
  • lavender-clove or 
  • Cinnamon orange-orange

(cannot get a pretty, true blue color, butter makes them blue-green)
