Cake Cinnamon Rolls – Pat Greer

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 6 – 8 cups flour

Directions

Mix ingredients to make soft dough. So you can handle it. Let rise until double, punch down. Let rise 2 nd time. Roll out, spread butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins (optional). Roll into a log form. Cut into 3/4 inch width. Place into a butter pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and brush tops with butter. Cover with frosting.
