Corn Casserole – Joe Fehrenbach

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream style corn
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 box Jiffy mix corn meal (small box)
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients except  cheese. Place in a cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Remove and spread shredded cheese. 

Serve hot.
