Homemade Noodles – Midge Walters

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ to ½ c water
  • 1 tsp poultry season

Directions

Measure flour into a bowl. Make a hole in it to put the egg. Mix salt, eggs and flour and stir. Add water 1 tbsp at a time, adding until dough forms a ball. Knead for 10 min. Cover and let rest.

Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll each into rectangles. Thick pie crust.
