Anti-Pasta Salad – Joe Fehrenbach

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shell macaroni
  • 2 green peppers-diced
  • 3 stalks celery-diced
  • 1 medium onion-diced
  • 1 can black olives-sliced
  • Same amount GreenOlives-sliced (can use pieces-parts)
  • 1/4 lb hard salami
  • 1/4 lb provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb pepperoni
  • 3 tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • ½ c vinegar
  • ¾ c olive oil

Directions

Place all sliced and diced ingredients in a very large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Place vinegar oil, oregano and pepper in a jar. Shake well. Pour over ingredients and stir.

Let set overnight or until you are hungry.
