Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shell macaroni
- 2 green peppers-diced
- 3 stalks celery-diced
- 1 medium onion-diced
- 1 can black olives-sliced
- Same amount GreenOlives-sliced (can use pieces-parts)
- 1/4 lb hard salami
- 1/4 lb provolone cheese
- 1/4 lb pepperoni
- 3 tomatoes (optional)
- 1 tbsp salt (optional)
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground oregano
- ½ c vinegar
- ¾ c olive oil
Directions
Place all sliced and diced ingredients in a very large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Place vinegar oil, oregano and pepper in a jar. Shake well. Pour over ingredients and stir.
Let set overnight or until you are hungry.
