Salsa Dip – Joe Fehrenbach

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (2 pks) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz (1 jar) Thick’n Chucky salsa(hot or mild, I use Hot)
  • 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 can Black Olives- sliced
  • 2 Green onion or scallions

Directions

Spread cream cheese in shallow pan or platter(8″x12″)

Layer salsa, Cheddar cheese, Black olives and Green onions in the order listed

Serve at room temperature with Triscuits or study chips
